COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

- RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee 6 primary areas:
- Sunday morning announcements & communications, whether spoken/print/graphics
- Maintain & update our Church Center app, including events, registrations and small group info
- Organizational and/or software tools to onboard new guests
- Website calendar through Cloversites Dashboard
- Church Facebook/social media pages to publish/schedule posts & events
- Work with Lead Pastor, staff and Elders to develop overall church communication strategy as we grow
- attend weekly staff meetings (Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7pm), Sunday mornings, as well as other required leadership meetings as needed
- COMPENSATION
- For the above responsibilities and the ministry’s current needs, True Life Church believes that 6-8 hours a week is necessary for this role, and that $75/week is an adequate, realistic and stewardship-focused compensation, and is prepared to give merit increases as our church grows and the ministry is successful.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT DIRECTOR

- a commitment to give financially to the ministry & mission of True Life Church

- a passion for leading and building meaningful mentor-like relationships with students
- clear communication with staff, leaders & volunteers, to include our TeamUp virtual calendar
- RESPONSIBILITES
- Work alongside and underneath the leadership of our Student Director to model, instruct and engage middle and high school students in their faith with Jesus Christ
- Develop/organize/support appropriate curriculum for lessons and discussions
- Oversee (but not required to lead or play) the UTH Worship Band
- attend weekly staff meetings (Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7pm), Sunday morning worship from 9:45-12pm, and well as other required leadership meetings as needed
- Attend summer camp (as needed, cost covered) with the students
- Facilitate any UTH fundraisers for various projects/camp
- Hold regular Sunday afternoon office availability to meet with parents/students
