Pastor Joshua Smith began working at what has become True Life Church in 2014, and was ordained by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2016. He has a wonderful wife, Lisa, and they've been married for 15 years and have two sons, with a baby on the way. Prior to moving back to Melbourne, Josh was a worship leader for just over 10 years in Melbourne FL, DeLand FL, and Atlanta, GA. Josh loves to play and teach piano, still play in the worship band, and pastor True Life Church. He's also passionate about University of Georgia football and still plays Xbox, and you'll more than likely hear a few movie references every other sermon just because he can't help it.
